StackAdapt is seeking an experienced attorney in the role of Commercial Counsel, reporting to the Commercial Counsel, Enterprises and Alliances.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of advertising technology or general software platform legal experience, with a focus on transaction support, commercial contract drafting and negotiation, data governance and privacy, advertising and marketing technology and artificial intelligence matters, either in an in-house or law firm setting
This individual will be a key member of the Legal team and supporting the Revenue/sales organization, driving commercial transactions to close while ensuring compliance with legal and operational standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in commercial transactions, a deep understanding of IP issues and data licensing concepts, and the ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and other business teams.
This position requires strong negotiation skills and a demonstrated ability to manage commercial and legal risks in a fast-paced, technology focused environment. Successful candidates will demonstrate creativity, a day-to-day ability to think outside the box, and an ability to work collaboratively and dependably with others in a remote setting. As StackAdapt is a Remote First company, you will work as part of a highly collaborative remote global Legal team.
