Who you are

You have over 2 years of experience in logistics, sales, or consulting, demonstrating your ability to lead and manage operations effectively. Your business-level proficiency in Japanese allows you to communicate seamlessly with partners and stakeholders. You possess strong Excel skills, enabling you to analyze data and improve operational processes. You have a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency, showcasing your strategic planning capabilities. Your experience in managing partnerships and enhancing partner satisfaction is essential for this role. You are open to feedback and actively seek opportunities for learning and improvement, contributing positively to team dynamics. You are comfortable collaborating with multiple departments to align goals and drive results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing delivery store partnerships in the Fukuoka area. You will create and execute area strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and expand the delivery network. Your role involves managing the performance of delivery partners and stores, ensuring they meet operational standards and customer satisfaction metrics. You will lead initiatives to improve operational processes and standardize workflows, enhancing overall efficiency. Collaborating with internal departments, you will propose new operational strategies to streamline the delivery process and improve team efficiency. You will also manage a team of temporary staff responsible for overseeing delivery partner and store management, ensuring they are well-coached and supported.
