Who you are

You are an enthusiastic and energetic individual who thrives in a team environment. As a Lot Attendant, you understand the importance of maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles, ensuring they are always ready for customer viewing. You possess a valid driver’s license and are at least 18 years old, with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. You are self-motivated and eager to contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting each vehicle for any mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns. You will wash and vacuum all inventory regularly, ensuring that every vehicle meets Carvana's high standards. Additionally, you will complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory, checking fuel levels, safety features, and conducting drivability tests. Your coordination with fellow employees will be crucial to ensure timely deliveries and maintain the overall appearance of the Market Hub.
