You have a proven track record as a Senior Program Manager with extensive experience in business planning and strategy execution. Your ability to create annual plans and ensure operational rigor sets you apart. You are comfortable liaising with senior leadership across business, operations, and technology teams globally, demonstrating exceptional communication and networking skills. You thrive in ambiguous situations, using your strategic thinking to solve complex problems and proactively identify risks before they escalate. Your data-driven approach allows you to analyze metrics effectively and influence resource allocation to achieve business objectives.
You possess a deep understanding of technology products and are passionate about driving improvements that enhance operational efficiency. Your experience managing large programs equips you with the skills necessary to design high-impact processes and identify automation opportunities. You are adept at defining program missions, visions, and objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Your ability to influence partner teams without direct authority showcases your leadership capabilities and collaborative spirit.
Experience in the tech industry or familiarity with financial reporting processes would be advantageous. A background in automation and process improvement methodologies is also a plus, as it aligns with the goals of the Zero Touch Impact Measurement program you will own.
In this role, you will take ownership of the Zero Touch Impact Measurement program, transforming RBS's impact measurement process from a manual to an automated system. You will be responsible for designing and delivering on all key performance indicators associated with this program. Your strategic mindset will guide you in setting objectives and analyzing data to drive continuous improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the program aligns with broader business goals and delivers measurable results.
You will engage with remote global teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to overcome unforeseen obstacles. Your ability to navigate complex organizational structures will be crucial as you work to influence decisions and drive alignment across various stakeholders. You will also be tasked with solving ambiguous problems, using your judgment to escalate issues when necessary and ensuring that the program remains on track.
