What you'll do

In this role, you will lead SwissBorg's security program, overseeing all aspects of information security, including risk management, incident response, and compliance. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement security policies and procedures that protect the organization and its users. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing effective mitigation strategies.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with relevant regulations and standards, working with external auditors and regulators as necessary. You will lead a team of security professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to help them grow in their roles. Collaboration with other departments, such as engineering and product, will be essential to integrate security into the development lifecycle and ensure that security considerations are embedded in all aspects of the business.
