You possess good computer literacy skills, particularly in Office Suite and Google Programs, which allows you to navigate various tools efficiently. As a Customer Support Specialist at HealthJoy, you will be a key member of the Member Services Team, responsible for processing member requests and tickets. Your primary goal is to deliver a quality product and fully inform members about their benefits in the shortest time possible. You will interact with members via telephone and chat, assisting them with their inquiries and guiding them through the benefits experience. You will need to be available to work during US core hours, ensuring that you can provide support when it is most needed.
