Webflow is seeking a Manager, Growth Sales to lead and scale their sales team within the Growth segment. You'll drive strategy and execution for a team of Account Executives. This role requires strong leadership and sales management experience.
You have a proven track record in sales management, with experience leading teams to achieve ambitious growth targets. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop effective sales strategies while also being hands-on in coaching and developing your team. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
You understand the importance of collaboration across departments, working closely with Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, and Customer Success to optimize sales processes and enhance customer experiences. Your ability to analyze sales data and metrics helps you refine strategies and drive revenue growth effectively.
You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating the vision and goals of the sales team to both internal stakeholders and external partners. Your leadership style encourages open dialogue and empowers your team to take ownership of their roles.
Experience in a tech or SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven sales strategies. You are adaptable and open to new ideas, always looking for ways to innovate and improve the sales process.
