Job Description

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in a solutions engineering or pre-sales role, where you've successfully engaged with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Your technical background allows you to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the sales process. You are a problem solver at heart, always looking for innovative ways to address customer challenges and enhance their experience with technology.

Your expertise in Cloudflare's products and services is complemented by a strong understanding of internet technologies and security practices. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and thrive on collaboration, often partnering with sales, product, and engineering teams to drive customer success. You possess excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

You are committed to continuous learning and development, always seeking to expand your knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies. Desirable

Experience with cloud-based solutions and a solid understanding of networking concepts will set you apart. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the technical sale of Cloudflare's solution portfolio, focusing on the Digital Native Business segment. You will engage with potential customers to understand their unique requirements and design fit-for-purpose solutions that maximize business value. Your role will involve creating and delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations that showcase the capabilities of Cloudflare's offerings.

You will work closely with the sales team to develop effective strategies for customer engagement, ensuring that all technical aspects of the sales process are addressed. This includes preparing technical documentation, responding to RFPs, and participating in customer meetings to provide expert guidance. You will also collaborate with product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of Cloudflare's products.

Your success will be measured by your ability to drive customer satisfaction and adoption of Cloudflare's solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes, providing ongoing support and guidance as they implement and utilize Cloudflare's services.
