Catchpoint is seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer to drive customer success and engagement. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure they are set up for success. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

As a Senior Customer Success Engineer at Catchpoint, you will play a pivotal role in the onboarding process, ensuring that customers are set up for success from the start. You will dive deep into understanding each customer's unique journey, identifying pain points and aspirations to provide observability analysis that aligns with their needs. Your responsibilities will include educating clients about product features and capabilities, helping them maximize their use of our solutions throughout their contract lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Client Success Managers to drive successful customer engagements and outcomes, spotting gaps in client usage and adoption as opportunities for growth. Building strong relationships with customers will be key, as you assist in account education and foster customer champions within their organizations.
