What you'll do

In this role, you will create and maintain the ML infrastructure that powers Waymo's marketplace optimization efforts. You will design and implement algorithms for dynamic pricing, rider-vehicle matching, and demand forecasting, ensuring that our systems operate efficiently and effectively. Your work will involve collaborating with data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy machine learning models that make real-time decisions. You will also be responsible for optimizing existing models and algorithms to enhance performance and scalability.

You will lead initiatives to improve the overall architecture of our ML systems, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and capable of handling large volumes of data. You will participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of our autonomous vehicle network and the overall rider experience.
