Job Description

Do you want to use AI and LLM technology to build tools and services that fundamentally improve the development experience for your fellow software developers? The RBKS Developer Experience (DevX) team is looking for passionate software developers to transform the way our customers improve, write, execute and test software. We develop test frameworks, tools and services that enable teams to improve the quality of their products through testing and feedback at every stage of the software lifecycle. We make best practices the path of least resistance. Our tools are automated, intelligent, ubiquitous and wherever possible we automatically perform actions on behalf of our customers/software engineers.

In this role, you will:
• Use AI and LLM based solutions to solve problems at scale;
• Write clean, maintainable code and perform peer code-reviews;
• Work with DevX and internal teams to prioritise, design and build new solutions for our customers;
• Work with other team members to investigate design approaches, prototype new technology and evaluate technical feasibility.

You will be successful in this role if you:
- Enjoy collaborating with partners, colleagues and teams across the world;
- Have previous expertise working AI and LLM based solutions
- Can drive tasks to completion and take full ownership of projects;
- Are comfortable with proactive outward communication and technical leadership;
- Can deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Engineering experience in development of LLMs
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, C/C++, C#)
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Ruby, Perl)
- Experience with embedded software engineering
- Experience with re-architecting legacy systems
- Experience with various processes in the full SDLC (coding standards, code reviews, source control, build systems, integration and deployment, maintenance, updates, etc.)
- Efficient technical communication with peers and non-technical cohorts.
- Experience with end-to-end agile software development
