HelloFresh is hiring an Equipment Coordinator to ensure the availability and functionality of equipment and tools. You'll manage IT equipment and coordinate repairs and replacements. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
You are an organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in managing equipment and tools in a fast-paced environment. You understand the importance of ensuring that all devices, tools, and IT equipment are available and functioning correctly. You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and can effectively communicate with IT and external service providers. You are comfortable with documentation and have a knack for keeping track of inventory and equipment status. You are also familiar with the configuration and maintenance of software related to equipment management.
As an Equipment Coordinator at HelloFresh, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment, tools, and IT supplies are available and operational at all times. You will serve as the primary point of contact for IT and external service providers, handling error reporting, ticket tracking, repair coordination, and warranty processing. You will conduct regular checks on the functionality and condition of equipment, ensuring that everything is correctly configured and documented. You will manage the structured issuance and return of devices and tools, including digital tracking and documentation. Additionally, you will oversee the return of unused or defective equipment, marking damages and organizing repairs or replacements in coordination with relevant departments.
