Elastic is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts. You'll be responsible for building your own pipeline and closing complex deals, leveraging your sales expertise. This role requires strong technical fluency and collaboration skills.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, with at least 5 years of experience driving revenue growth and managing complex sales cycles. Your ability to build relationships and understand customer needs is exceptional, allowing you to uncover pain points and deliver tailored solutions. You are familiar with frameworks like MEDDPICC, which you use to qualify opportunities effectively and prioritize high-confidence deals. Your technical fluency enables you to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that you can articulate the value of Elastic's Search AI Platform clearly.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with a proactive outbound sales approach, utilizing various channels such as email, calls, and social media to generate leads. Your experience in managing a defined territory has equipped you with the skills to develop and execute effective sales strategies that drive pipeline growth. You are results-oriented and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets, and you understand the importance of collaboration across teams to close deals successfully.
Experience in the tech industry, particularly with AI or data solutions, is a plus. Familiarity with consumption-based sales models will give you an edge in this role. You are adaptable and open to learning, always seeking to improve your sales techniques and strategies.
In this role, you will own your territory and be responsible for building your own pipeline. You will develop and execute a proactive outbound cadence that generates at least 50% of your booked opportunities. Your deep discovery and qualification skills will help you uncover pain, business impact, budget, and decision criteria, allowing you to chase only the highest-confidence deals. You will craft and deliver tailored narratives and live demos that resonate with potential clients, showcasing the value of Elastic's solutions.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to ensure alignment on messaging and strategy. Your ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals will be critical to your success, as you work to close sales and expand Elastic's footprint within strategic accounts. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records in Salesforce, tracking your progress against targets, and reporting on your sales activities.
