dLocal is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead key initiatives in their Global Payins Operations Team. You'll manage cross-functional projects that enhance payment operations across multiple regions. This role requires strong project management skills and experience in a fintech environment.
You have 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within the fintech sector, where you've successfully led cross-functional initiatives that connect various stakeholders across different regions. Your ability to manage complex projects and drive operational excellence is complemented by your strong communication skills, allowing you to align global practices effectively. You thrive in a remote-first culture and are comfortable working with diverse teams from various backgrounds. You are customer-centric and understand the importance of delivering seamless experiences for merchants and partners alike.
Experience in payment processing or related fields is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and have a track record of implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
