You have a strong background in payroll processing, particularly in international contexts, with experience managing payroll operations across multiple countries. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to audit payroll transactions effectively and ensure compliance with local tax regulations and labor laws. You are detail-oriented and proactive in staying updated on legislation changes that impact payroll processing. In this role, you will manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries, ensuring that all payroll transactions are accurate and compliant with local regulations. Your responsibilities will include reconciling payroll reports and ensuring accurate tracking of employee hours, overtime, and leave. You will resolve any discrepancies that arise, maintaining a high level of accuracy in payroll processing.

This involves regular communication and coordination with finance and HR teams to align on payroll-related matters.
