What you'll do

In this role, you will manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries, ensuring that all payroll transactions are accurate and compliant with local regulations. You will audit payroll transactions regularly and stay informed about changes in legislation that affect payroll processing. Your responsibilities will include reconciling payroll reports and ensuring accurate tracking of employee hours, overtime, and leave. You will resolve any discrepancies that arise, maintaining a high level of accuracy in payroll processing.

You will collaborate closely with third-party payroll providers to ensure that payroll operations are efficient and compliant. This involves regular communication and coordination with finance and HR teams to align on payroll-related matters.
