As Senior manager, Knowledge management for AGI Data services, you will own the global strategy for how we design, develop, build, operate and deliver knowledge to our large internal and external team members who work towards providing high quality data for creating best-in-class Artificial General Intelligence for Amazon.
We are looking for passionate and talented problem solvers who have experience building knowledge management solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment and leading training, program and learning designer teams.
Key job responsibilities
• Create and drive data-driven strategy, development, and execution for learning needs for AGI DS customers and evolving data labelling needs.
• Engage with internal and external customers to understand their needs and translate them into roadmaps for the function
• Influence and lead product development for knowledge management function to deliver scalable solutions for an evolving space
• Manage a diverse team based in multiple locations.
• Identify emerging technology solutions to enhance the learning experience and reduce the resources/cost/lead time required to develop and execute training.
• Work strategically with learning teams across Amazon and external environment to identify and share best-in-class learning solutions.
• Drive alignment to standard learning solutions as well as gain feedback from the operational teams on areas of improvement.
• Manage employee satisfaction and learning effectiveness measurement strategies and plan continuous improvement roadmaps based on data analysis to deliver best-in-class highest quality learning objects and learner experience.
• Establish a comprehensive set of metrics to measure the performance of learning function and impact of our programs.
Please note this role may require the leader to travel to 20% of time to operation centers around the world.
- 10+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- 10+ years of program or project management experience
- 10+ years of managing teams experience
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level- Experience defining and executing program requirements
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
