Almabase is seeking a Customer Success Manager to collaborate with educational institutions to enhance alumni engagement and fundraising efforts. This role requires working during US hours and offers a hybrid work environment based in Bangalore.
You have a strong background in customer success, ideally with experience in the education sector or software solutions. You understand the importance of customer engagement and are passionate about helping institutions achieve their goals. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams. You are comfortable working during US hours to align with the majority of Almabase's customer base. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing time in the office with remote work. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and are dedicated to ensuring their success with the Almabase product.
Experience working with alumni relations or fundraising teams is a plus. Familiarity with customer success metrics and KPIs will help you excel in this role. A background in software or technology solutions will enable you to better understand the product and its applications for clients.
As a Customer Success Manager at Almabase, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring they derive maximum value from the product.
