Webflow is seeking a Partner Manager to develop and implement strategies for growing their partner ecosystem. You'll build strategic relationships with agencies to extend Webflow's reach into enterprise markets. This role requires strong collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams.
You have a proven track record in partnership management, ideally with experience in the tech or digital marketing space. Your ability to build and maintain strategic relationships is second to none, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can work cross-functionally with various teams. You understand the importance of creating scalable programs that drive mutual growth and success, and you are passionate about empowering teams to achieve their goals. You are comfortable working in a remote-first setting and are adept at managing your time effectively to meet deadlines and objectives.
Experience working with agencies or in a partner management role is a plus. Familiarity with digital experience platforms or AI technologies will help you excel in this position. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your strategies and decisions. A background in sales or marketing will also be beneficial as you work closely with these teams to identify high-value partnership opportunities.
