SpaceX is hiring a Customer Support Associate, Bilingual - Ukrainian to provide exceptional support for Starlink customers. You'll troubleshoot and resolve issues while advocating for customer needs. This role is ideal for problem solvers eager to join a dynamic support team.
You are a proactive problem solver with a passion for customer success. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to join a scrappy, early-stage support team. Your bilingual skills in Ukrainian enable you to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base, ensuring they receive the best possible support. You have a knack for analyzing trends and identifying gaps in service, which allows you to design effective interventions that enhance the customer experience. You are comfortable working across multiple channels, including digital and voice, and are committed to being a relentless advocate for the customer within SpaceX.
In this role, you will be the face of Starlink to our customers, triaging and resolving their issues with a focus on delivering exceptional service. You will analyze customer interactions to identify trends and gaps, using this information to improve support workflows and processes. Your technical expertise will be crucial as you provide support for customers using hardware, software, and network services.
