Teikametrics is seeking a Senior Salesforce Platform Manager to oversee their end-to-end revenue systems, including Salesforce and related integrations. This role requires 10+ years of experience in managing Salesforce ecosystems at B2B companies.

Who you are

You are a highly experienced Salesforce Platform Manager with over 10 years of experience owning Salesforce ecosystems at credible B2B companies. You have a deep understanding of lead-to-cash processes and are skilled in ensuring that these processes are accurate, scalable, and trusted across the business. Your expertise in Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, and HubSpot allows you to manage complex integrations effectively. You thrive in a senior, hands-on individual contributor role and are comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue operations.

You possess strong analytical skills and are adept at using data to inform decision-making. Your experience in managing revenue systems has equipped you with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion. Your communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and clarity in objectives.

Desirable

Experience with AI-powered platforms or marketplace optimization is a plus. Familiarity with additional CRM tools and revenue management systems will enhance your candidacy. You are someone who is always looking to learn and grow, and you are open to exploring new technologies that can benefit the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage Teikametrics’ end-to-end revenue systems, ensuring that all processes related to Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, and HubSpot are functioning optimally. You will be responsible for the accuracy and scalability of lead-to-cash processes, working closely with the Director of Strategy & Revenue Operations to align on strategic initiatives. Your role will involve analyzing current systems and processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements that drive revenue growth.

You will collaborate with various teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure that all revenue-related systems are integrated and functioning seamlessly. Your expertise will be crucial in training team members on best practices for using Salesforce and related tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Additionally, you will monitor system performance and user feedback, making adjustments as necessary to enhance user experience and system functionality. You will also be involved in strategic planning sessions, providing insights based on your experience and knowledge of the marketplace optimization landscape.
