Google is seeking an Account Strategist for Mid Market Sales to drive client success through digital advertising solutions. You'll leverage your expertise in digital marketing and consultative sales to engage clients in both English and Turkish. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant fields.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, or digital marketing roles. You are fluent in both English and Turkish, enabling you to effectively engage with clients in the region. Your experience includes strategically assessing client needs and achieving success through effective sales techniques, including questioning and objection handling. You have a strong background in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing, and you possess knowledge of online marketing strategies and tactics. You are capable of owning a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context and consistently overachieving quotas to drive growth. You excel at building compelling narratives and utilizing storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
In this role, you will drive customer growth by delivering an outstanding sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives. You will proactively pitch and consult with customers to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets. Your responsibilities will include managing stakeholders and building relationships with end customers or agencies. You will act as an owner, moving with velocity through change and finding innovative ways to deliver extraordinary outcomes for both Google and your customers. You will build trusted relationships with customers, uncovering their business needs and translating them into powerful solutions to achieve their most ambitious goals. You will collaborate with sellers to shape the future of advertising in the AI era and make a real impact on growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
