HubSpot is seeking a Manager of Partner Development to lead a team focused on driving partner sourced revenue and enhancing the partner ecosystem. This role requires strong business acumen and team management skills.
You have a proven track record in partner development or business development, ideally with experience in managing teams and driving revenue growth. Your strong business acumen allows you to engage in strategic conversations with partners and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals. You excel in building trust and confidence with your team, providing them with the feedback and coaching necessary for their professional growth. You are adept at collaborating with various departments, including sales and executive teams, to foster a culture of partnership and success.
You understand the importance of metrics and are driven by achieving and exceeding quarterly MBOs and monthly milestones. Your experience in the upmarket space equips you with the insights needed to navigate complex partner relationships and drive meaningful results. You are passionate about developing your team's skills and toolset, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed in their roles. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can influence and manage stakeholders effectively, contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Experience in a technology-driven company or a SaaS environment would be beneficial. Familiarity with partner ecosystems and revenue generation strategies is a plus. You may also have a background in sales or marketing, which complements your partner development expertise.
As the Manager of Partner Development at HubSpot, you will lead a dedicated team focused on enhancing our partner ecosystem. Your primary responsibility will be to drive partner sourced revenue and partner influenced revenue, ensuring that your team meets and exceeds their targets. You will engage regularly with partners to build executive relationships, providing updates and addressing any escalations or concerns that may arise. Your role will involve coaching and mentoring your team members, helping them develop their holistic partner development skills and toolset.
You will collaborate proactively with direct sales managers, directors, and executives to aid in the growth of the business. Your strategic insights will support your team in driving partner-led demand generation and execution. You will also be responsible for maintaining headcount by recruiting, selecting, and training new Partner Development Managers, ensuring that your team is equipped to handle the demands of an expanding region.
In addition to managing your team, you will drive initiatives and contribute to workstreams that meaningfully impact the foundations of the Partner Development organization at HubSpot. Your ability to maintain professional knowledge and stay updated on industry trends will be crucial in this role, as you will be expected to lead discussions and strategies that align with our business objectives.
