You have at least 2 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment, adept at handling core administrative tasks such as travel management, expense reports, and calendar management. Ideally, you possess 3 years of experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate setting, showcasing your ability to manage small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution. You are organized and analytical, with strong business judgment and communication skills that enable you to interact effectively with various stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay updated with the latest Google products and services, using this knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. Your role is crucial in anticipating the needs of your managers and team members, allowing them to focus on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues proactively. You are dependable and driven by a common goal to help your team accomplish great things, making a significant impact on both the people you support and Google users worldwide.

What you'll do

As an Administrative Business Partner, you will coordinate domestic and international travel, ensuring a seamless experience for speaking engagements and office visits.
