What you'll do

You will automate test plans and develop and qualify optical modules and electrical cables, ensuring that all components meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

You will design and specify structured cabling systems for network layers at hyperscale data centers, focusing on both fiber and copper solutions. Your work will involve developing standards, reference designs, and installation guidelines for physical network and cabling deployments, which are essential for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the AWS infrastructure.

You will also engage in problem-solving activities, focusing on ambiguous areas in existing systems to identify opportunities for improvement. Your contributions will directly impact the operational efficiency of AWS data centers, helping to ensure that customers have continual access to the services they rely on.
