As the Operations Excellence Lead, you will take on critical strategic studies that address supply chain risks and facilities locations. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement best practices across Formlabs Global Operations. Your role will involve leading continuous improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency and effectiveness in various operational areas, including Supply Chain, Customer Fulfillment, Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, and Facilities. You will participate in the strategic design of our Global Operations, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives. Your analytical skills will be essential in identifying growth blockers and proposing actionable solutions. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of operational excellence within the organization, encouraging teams to embrace best practices and continuous improvement.

The annual base pay range for this role is $130,000—$200,000 USD, reflecting your skills, qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
