What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer at Anthropic, you will play a key role in the Product Foundations organization — your work will involve architecting and optimizing the development infrastructure that powers AI product development. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing core systems such as the sampling pipeline and rate limiting platform, ensuring they are robust and efficient.

You will collaborate with various product teams to understand their development workflows — your insights will help eliminate friction points and enhance overall productivity across the organization. By focusing on developer tooling and CI/CD processes, you will enable product engineers to work more effectively and deliver high-quality features faster.

Your contributions will have a multiplier effect, enhancing the productivity of the entire product organization — you will be instrumental in shaping the foundational primitives that support Anthropic's mission of creating beneficial AI systems.
