As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that drive their business success. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided. You will work towards achieving sales targets and earning commissions based on your performance. Hibu provides a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and bonuses, with on-target earnings projected to be between $85,000 and $100,000 in your first year. The company offers a hybrid work environment, allowing you to balance home office work with in-field responsibilities. You will receive recognition and incentives, including an annual President’s Club Trip for top performers.
