Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in a consultative sales environment. You possess superior verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, allowing you to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Your ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements sets you apart, and you thrive in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment. A strong interest in technology and a deep understanding of the financial infrastructure space are essential for success in this role. You are adept at building relationships and have a knack for identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Stripe, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and closing deals to managing existing relationships. You will work closely with both new and existing customers to develop and execute long-term sales strategies aimed at expanding Stripe's revenue. Your responsibilities will include engaging with internal and external stakeholders to align on technical and business requirements, building value in competitive situations, and leading commercial negotiations. You will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities to expand Stripe's footprint within existing accounts, ensuring that you meet and exceed sales targets.
