What you'll do

In this role, you will play a critical part in driving pipeline generation performance by equipping Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with the necessary skills and systems knowledge. You will work closely with SDR Leadership to understand their needs and develop training programs that enhance their messaging and coaching capabilities. Your role will involve collaborating with Marketing and RevOps to ensure that SDRs have access to the right tools and resources to exceed their outbound and inbound goals. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance metrics and providing feedback to help SDRs continuously improve.
