What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the evolution of Airbnb's talent acquisition strategy, overseeing a global team of sourcers and researchers. You will drive a unified vision that leverages AI and data insights to build deep, diverse pipelines for both mature and emerging markets. Your responsibilities will include shaping long-term talent strategies, implementing data-led sourcing workflows, and providing thought leadership on how AI can augment human connection in recruiting.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, foundation, and data leaders to ensure that the talent acquisition function aligns with Airbnb's mission of creating a world where anyone can belong anywhere. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies that attract top talent while fostering a culture of inclusivity and belonging.

Your role will also involve mentoring and developing your team, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed. You will analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions to optimize processes. Additionally, you will represent Airbnb at industry events and conferences, sharing insights and best practices in talent acquisition.
