Vanta is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Reporting & Enterprise Hub teams. You'll shape how enterprise customers manage compliance programs and build a team of engineers focused on data products and enterprise scalability. This role requires strong leadership and experience in product innovation.
You have a proven track record of leading engineering teams, ideally with experience in data products and enterprise solutions. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and innovation, enabling your team to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You understand the complexities of compliance programs and have a keen interest in how technology can enhance security monitoring. You are adept at navigating product development opportunities and have experience in managing cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results. You are passionate about building a culture of trust and accountability within your team, ensuring that everyone feels empowered to contribute their best work. You are open to diverse backgrounds and experiences, recognizing that a variety of perspectives leads to better outcomes.
Experience in compliance standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 would be a plus, as would familiarity with enterprise-level data management solutions. You may have a background in security or have worked with large organizations managing complex compliance requirements. A strong understanding of product innovation and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable insights is essential.
