Desirable

What you'll do

As the Manager, PMO at Cority, you will lead a team of Project Managers responsible for delivering hundreds of customer projects annually. Your role is critical in ensuring that projects are executed seamlessly, meeting both timelines and quality standards. You will develop and implement best practices for project management, ensuring that your team is equipped with the necessary tools and methodologies to succeed.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align project goals with the overall business strategy. Your ability to analyze project performance metrics will help you identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence within the PMO. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.

In this leadership position, you will engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure that project outcomes exceed their expectations. Your focus on customer satisfaction will be paramount, as you strive to maintain Cority's reputation for high client satisfaction levels.
