Gympass is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Director to lead relationships with major fitness operators in the UK. You'll focus on strategic account management and team leadership. This role requires strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
You are a strategic leader with a proven track record in managing high-impact partnerships — your experience includes working at the C-suite level and ensuring sustainable growth for enterprise accounts. You thrive in a collaborative environment and understand the importance of fostering a high-performance team culture. Your leadership style balances day-to-day operational tasks with long-term strategic planning, ensuring alignment with company goals. You are passionate about workplace wellness and have a deep understanding of the fitness industry landscape.
Experience in the wellness or fitness sector is a plus, as is familiarity with account management best practices. As the Strategic Partnerships Director, you will own relationships with the UK’s largest fitness operators, managing a select portfolio of major enterprise partner accounts. You will lead the Wishlist team regionally, focusing on strategic account management while also mentoring and developing your team.
