Samsara is seeking a Core Enterprise Account Executive to help enterprise-sized customers digitize workflows and consolidate outdated technologies. This role requires strong sales skills and the ability to manage complex negotiations.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, where you've successfully managed large accounts and complex negotiations. Your experience allows you to understand the unique challenges faced by organizations in industries such as agriculture, construction, and transportation. You are adept at building relationships with multiple stakeholders and can effectively communicate the value of technology solutions to diverse audiences.
You thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating strong self-motivation and discipline. You are comfortable working independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer success. Your ability to analyze customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly sets you apart in the sales landscape.
You are results-driven, with a focus on achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company. As a Core Account Executive at Samsara, you will be responsible for driving sales within your assigned territory, focusing on enterprise-sized customers. You will engage with clients to understand their operational challenges and demonstrate how Samsara's Connected Operations™ Cloud can provide actionable insights to improve their efficiency and sustainability.
You will lead the sales process from initial outreach through to closing, managing proof of concepts (POCs) and trials to showcase the value of our solutions. Your role will involve negotiating multi-faceted pricing agreements and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
You will also be expected to maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends, allowing you to position Samsara effectively against competitors. Regularly updating your sales pipeline and reporting on progress will be essential to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
