Technical Program Manager, Security - Detection & Response

Desirable

Experience in security observability and incident response is a plus, as is familiarity with AI systems and their unique security challenges. What you'll do

In this role, you will own the strategic portfolio for Detection & Response programs, defining the roadmap and execution plans for initiatives that address insider risk and enhance security observability. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into the development lifecycle of AI systems. Your responsibilities will include leading incident response efforts, developing metrics to assess program effectiveness, and reporting on security initiatives to executive leadership. You will also mentor other TPMs, sharing your expertise and fostering their professional growth. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of security program management at Anthropic, ensuring that the organization meets its Responsible Scaling Policy commitments.
