Truveta is seeking a Director of Corporate Compliance to manage the execution of their enterprise compliance program. This role requires a strong background in compliance and legal frameworks, with a focus on health data management.

You have extensive experience in corporate compliance, ideally within the healthcare sector, and possess a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks. Your leadership skills enable you to effectively manage teams and drive compliance initiatives across the organization. You are a problem solver who thrives in collaborative environments, and you are passionate about using data to improve health outcomes. You understand the importance of compliance in maintaining trust with stakeholders and are committed to fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.

Desirable

Experience in managing compliance programs in a technology-driven environment is a plus. Familiarity with health data regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR will set you apart. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and can communicate complex compliance issues in a clear and concise manner. A proactive approach to identifying compliance risks and implementing effective solutions is essential.

What you'll do

As the Director of Corporate Compliance, you will oversee the day-to-day execution of Truveta’s compliance program, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations. You will develop and implement compliance policies and procedures, and conduct regular audits to assess compliance effectiveness. Collaborating with legal and operational teams, you will provide guidance on compliance-related matters and support the organization in navigating complex regulatory landscapes. You will also be responsible for training employees on compliance policies and fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

In this role, you will lead efforts to identify and mitigate compliance risks, ensuring that Truveta maintains its commitment to ethical practices and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with senior leadership to report on compliance status and recommend improvements to enhance compliance processes. Your ability to analyze compliance data and trends will be crucial in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
