Coupang is hiring an Operations Manager for Rocket Install Operations to oversee the management of installation service partners. You'll work with data analysis and operational improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires experience in appliance and furniture installation management.
You have a strong understanding and experience in managing installation services for large appliances and furniture, ensuring that customer satisfaction is at the forefront of your operations. Your background includes data management, where you've successfully handled data related to product installations and service quality. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with various departments and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes. Your proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, enables you to analyze data efficiently and present insights that drive operational improvements. You are proactive and capable of addressing on-site issues as they arise, ensuring that installation services run smoothly and efficiently.
Experience in managing installation processes and working with partner companies is a plus. You have a knack for identifying areas of improvement within operational workflows and can suggest actionable solutions.
