Overview

Grafana is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business across the UKI region. You'll be responsible for prospecting and closing opportunities while employing a consultative sales approach. This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in acquiring new enterprise customers. Your consultative sales approach allows you to understand customer needs deeply before presenting solutions. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable managing your own schedule while collaborating with a distributed team.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Your ability to analyze customer data and manage forecasts will be key to your success in this role. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a fast-paced sales environment.

Desirable

Experience in the tech industry, particularly with open-source products, is a plus. Familiarity with observability tools or visualization software will help you connect with potential customers more effectively. A background in working with cross-functional teams will enhance your ability to drive results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business across the UKI region. You will identify potential customers, nurture relationships, and close deals that align with Grafana's offerings.
