Angi is seeking a Temporary Tax Director to lead direct tax and tax provision functions. You'll oversee domestic and international income tax compliance and ASC 740 tax accounting. This role requires extensive experience in tax complexities and offers a competitive hourly rate of $70-$95.
You are a highly experienced tax professional with a strong background in direct tax and tax provision functions. With a deep understanding of domestic and international income tax compliance, you thrive in environments that require strategic thinking and adaptability. Your expertise in ASC 740 tax accounting is complemented by your familiarity with technology and marketplace tax complexities. You have a proven track record of scaling tax processes to support business growth and navigating evolving regulations. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent analytical skills, allowing you to lead quarterly and annual income tax provision processes effectively. Experience with OECD Pillar Two or BEPS 2.0 implementation is a plus, as is familiarity with tax compliance tools such as OneSource and CorpTax. You are comfortable working with financial software like Oracle and NetSuite, which enhances your ability to manage tax-related tasks efficiently.
