Motional is seeking a Senior/Staff Machine Learning Engineer to work on the Behaviors team, developing ML models for autonomous vehicles. You'll collaborate with top engineers and researchers, leveraging technologies like Python and TensorFlow. This role requires a strong background in machine learning and experience in deploying solutions.
You have 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong focus on developing and deploying ML models in real-world applications. Your expertise in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow and Keras allows you to prototype and iterate on innovative solutions for complex problems. You are familiar with state-of-the-art technologies in autonomous driving and are excited about the challenges that come with it. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineers and researchers to achieve project goals. Your passion for autonomous vehicles drives you to continuously learn and grow in this fast-evolving field.
Experience with large-scale data processing and model training is a plus. Familiarity with deployment strategies for autonomous systems will set you apart. You are comfortable advising leadership on technology solutions and influencing the direction of projects.
