DRW Holdings is seeking an Operational Risk Program Analyst to help build and scale their operational risk program. You'll work closely with business leaders to ensure effective risk management across the organization. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
You have a strong background in operational risk management, ideally with experience in the trading or financial services industry. You understand the complexities of risk assessment and management, and you are skilled at collaborating with various teams to identify and mitigate risks effectively. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to assess risk scenarios and develop proactive strategies. You thrive in environments that require both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, and you are comfortable navigating the challenges of a fast-paced trading firm.
Experience with regulatory compliance and risk frameworks is a plus. Familiarity with trading operations and the various asset classes traded by DRW will help you excel in this role. You are a proactive communicator, able to build relationships across departments and influence decision-making processes. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for developing frameworks that support risk management initiatives.
In this role, you will partner with trading and support teams to identify operational risks and develop strategies to manage them. You will design and implement risk management frameworks that align with DRW's business objectives. Your responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments, developing risk mitigation plans, and ensuring that operational risk is effectively communicated across the organization. You will work closely with business leaders to embed a proactive approach to risk management in their operations. Additionally, you will monitor the effectiveness of risk management strategies and make recommendations for improvements as necessary.
