You have a strong background in program management, with experience in leading complex projects that require cross-functional collaboration. You understand the importance of strategic initiatives and how they impact the overall success of a project portfolio. You are comfortable working with various stakeholders and can communicate effectively to ensure alignment and clarity. You are adaptable and open to hybrid work arrangements, ready to engage with teams both in-person and remotely.

Desirable

Experience in cloud operations or data center management is a plus, as is familiarity with project controls and construction management. You may also have a background in using project management tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives that drive impact across Microsoft’s global Data Center project portfolio. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Your responsibilities will include crafting detailed plans that empower teams to execute with precision, as well as transforming data into insights using tools like Power BI. You will be responsible for monitoring project progress and identifying areas for improvement, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. You will also play a key role in facilitating communication between teams, helping to resolve any issues that arise and ensuring that everyone is aligned towards common goals. Your work will directly contribute to the successful delivery of core datacenter infrastructure for Microsoft’s cloud business.
