You are an entry-level Engineering Operations Technician eager to support the operations of Amazon's innovative data centers. You have a foundational understanding of AWS and are excited to work with teams of front-line responders who maintain and operate critical infrastructure systems. You thrive in environments that require collaboration and problem-solving, and you are passionate about learning and evolving in your role. You understand the importance of safety and security in data center operations and are committed to ensuring that systems are prepared for any situation.
Experience with data center operations or infrastructure management is a plus, but not required. A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and practices is essential. You are a team player who enjoys working with diverse groups of professionals, including software, hardware, and network engineers.
As an Engineering Operations Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the operations of AWS data centers. You will work closely with teams to ensure that all critical infrastructure systems are functioning optimally.
