Adyen is seeking a Merchant Onboarding Specialist to facilitate customer onboarding onto their platform while ensuring compliance and scalability. This role requires collaboration with various internal teams and a strong understanding of Adyen's product offerings.

You have a strong understanding of payment solutions and are eager to help customers navigate the onboarding process. You excel in building relationships with both customers and internal teams, ensuring a smooth transition onto the Adyen platform. Your attention to detail and compliance knowledge allows you to assess customer needs effectively while adhering to regulatory guidelines. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated to optimize internal processes for better scalability. You are proactive in seeking out opportunities for continuous improvement and automation within the onboarding process. You understand the importance of a healthy portfolio of merchants and are committed to facilitating growth through effective onboarding strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for performing assessments on customer needs as they relate to onboarding onto the Adyen platform. You will work closely with Underwriting, Sales, Account Management, Compliance, and other teams to ensure that customers receive the best possible guidance on how to utilize Adyen’s product offerings. You will facilitate the onboarding process by optimizing internal workflows and focusing on automation where possible. Your role will involve advising customers on how to benefit from Adyen’s solutions, ensuring that all compliance guidelines are met. You will also be tasked with building strong relationships with customers to support their onboarding journey and address any challenges they may face. Your contributions will play a crucial role in scaling Adyen's operations and enhancing the overall customer experience.
