You have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns, demonstrating a strong understanding of standardized processes and quality assurance. Your proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) allows you to effectively administer core configuration tools and launch pre-designed experiences. You are comfortable executing simple SQL queries to segment campaign target audiences based on defined criteria, showcasing your analytical skills. You are detail-oriented, ensuring thorough pre-deployment quality assurance checks, including link validation and cross-client email rendering checks. You thrive in a collaborative environment, diligently updating task statuses in project management tools like Jira and escalating complex issues when necessary. Your proactive communication style helps you identify and address blockers early, ensuring smooth campaign launches. You are committed to contributing to the team's knowledge base by documenting routine deployment steps and troubleshooting solutions.
