What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the Business Unit Leader, Product, and Engineering teams. You will identify and implement opportunities for improved member experiences, ensuring that all servicing programs align with business objectives. You will also drive positive policy or procedural changes that enhance operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define operational requirements and ensure they are executed effectively. You will continuously seek ways to enhance servicing performance and support the overall goals of the organization.
