What you'll do

As a Software Engineer II on the Office Growth and Experiences team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the performance and reliability of Office applications across Apple platforms. You will collaborate with various teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive user engagement. Your responsibilities will include executing end-to-end efforts to optimize application boot times, improve file I/O processes, and enhance real-time collaboration features.

You will also work on authentication processes and mobile application management, ensuring that users have a seamless experience when using Office applications. Your contributions will directly impact millions of users, as you help to build the foundational components that support advanced features like Copilot. You will be involved in code reviews, technical documentation, and mentoring junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.
