Klaviyo is seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist to provide exceptional operational support across the EMEA region. You'll ensure compliance with HR policies and support employee lifecycle events. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to employee experience.

Who you are

You have a strong background in people operations, with experience in supporting employee lifecycle events such as onboarding and flexible work arrangements. Your understanding of HR policies and local legislation ensures that you can provide accurate and empathetic guidance to employees and people leaders alike. You thrive in collaborative environments and appreciate the diverse perspectives that each team member brings to the workplace. You are proactive in addressing employee queries and are dedicated to enhancing the overall employee experience at Klaviyo.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-growing company is a plus, as is familiarity with the EMEA region's HR practices. What you'll do
