You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure campaign success and operational efficiency. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience in ad operations.
You have a strong background in advertising operations, with at least 5 years of experience managing ad campaigns. Your expertise includes optimizing campaign delivery and pacing, ensuring that client objectives are met while maintaining operational excellence. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Account Management, Sales, and external partners to drive results. Your attention to detail and ability to identify optimization opportunities set you apart in the field.
You understand the intricacies of various ad deal types, including Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP. Your analytical mindset allows you to monitor campaign performance effectively, making data-driven decisions to enhance outcomes. You are committed to building strong partnerships with clients, ensuring they receive the best possible experience throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Experience with digital advertising platforms and tools is a plus, as is familiarity with analytics and reporting. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies that can improve campaign management processes. A passion for the entertainment industry and understanding of audience engagement strategies will help you excel in this role.
In this role, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operational management of ad campaigns in your assigned market. You will oversee the readiness and launch of campaigns, ensuring that all elements are in place for successful execution. Your responsibilities will include monitoring pacing and performance, identifying opportunities for optimization, and managing billing and reconciliation processes. You will collaborate with Account Managers and Sales teams to align campaign strategies with client goals, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
You will also be responsible for providing operational stewardship throughout the campaign lifecycle, from inception to completion. This includes conducting regular check-ins with clients and internal teams to assess campaign performance and make necessary adjustments. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, allowing you to bring innovative ideas to the table that enhance campaign effectiveness.
