Overview

Block is seeking a Territory Account Executive to drive sales and build partnerships in Washington, DC. You'll engage with local businesses and deliver product demonstrations. This role requires strong sales skills and a proactive approach to territory management.

Who you are

You are an exceptional Territory Account Executive with a proven track record of exceeding sales expectations. You thrive in high-impact environments and take full ownership of your territory, bringing Square's mission of economic empowerment to local businesses. You are motivated by impactful work and eager to join a high-performance team with high standards. You excel in building relationships and establishing partnerships that drive business growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead your market with disciplined, in-person execution, spending approximately 80% of your week in the field. You will engage local businesses through targeted visits, conducting live demos, and closing deals across Square's full product suite. Your responsibilities will include generating leads, identifying customer needs, and delivering compelling presentations that showcase the value of Square's offerings. You will be responsible for building a pipeline from the ground up and elevating Square's visibility in your community.
